Confirm your SEVIS record so we can attach this request.
This form is for Initial-status students who can't make their original I-20 start date. We'll figure out which path you need (Extension or Recovery) based on whether your start date has already passed.
SEVIS ID
Starts with N followed by 10–11 digits. Found on your I-20 form, top-right corner of page 1, labeled "SEVIS ID:".
We'll send the receipt and the digital signature link here.
Pick the path that matches your situation. We'll auto-suggest the right one based on whether your I-20 start date has already passed, but you can override if you know better.
Extension
If your start date hasn't passed
FREE first time

Move your I-20 start date forward to a later session. Submit BEFORE the current start date passes — once the date passes without you arriving, SEVIS auto-cancels the I-20 and you'll need Recovery instead.

Recovery
If your start date already passed
$250 USD

Restore an I-20 that SEVIS auto-canceled because you didn't arrive by the start date. Higher fee because we have to re-submit through SEVIS as a recovery, not a simple correction.

Requested new start date
Flying Academy starts new I-20 cycles on the 1st or 15th of every month only. You may enter the U.S. up to 30 days before your start date — pick the next session-start date that fits when you can actually arrive. If you need a different date, contact your Flight Training Consultant first.

You'll pay (or confirm the free tier) at the same time you sign the digital-signature link we email you. Instructions are inside the email.
